Genesis 12:2-3 "I will make you [Abraham] into a great nation, and I will

WHAT PURPOSE DO THE LAWS AND COMMANDMENTS OF ISRAEL’S GOD SERVE?
1 Corinthians 10:13 " No temptation has seized you except what is common to
man. And God is FAITHFUL; he will not LET you be tempted beyond what
you CAN bear.
But when you ARE tempted, HE will also PROVIDE a way out, so that you
CAN stand up under it."
1 Peter 5:8 "Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil, prowls
around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour."
Matthew 24:13 “He who stands firm to the end will be saved.”
James 1:22 "But you must do what the Word tells you, and not just listen
to it..."
James 1:14 "Everyone is tempted by his OWN desires, as they lure him away
and trap him."
