Week 50: (Day 344-350)

Day 344: Galatians 4:12-6:18; Ephesians 1:1-14

Note1. Galatians 6:7; you will never find any loopholes or tricks to escape the guilt of your sins outside of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Day 345: Ephesians 1:15-5:14

Q1. How do we avoid the deception in Ephesians 4:14?

A1. Ephesians 4:11-13; by pursuing spiritual maturity, we can avoid deceitful doctrines. This spiritual maturity comes by equipping the church and building it up with unity and knowledge. That is why He gave the church all of the leaders mentioned in Ephesians 4:11. These leaders must take their job seriously and the church must make spiritual maturity a priority.

Day 346: Ephesians 5:15-6:24; Philippians 1-2

Note1. Ephesians 6:10-13; we often think of unbelievers as our enemy in this world. These verses say something completely different. Our enemy is not flesh and blood, but spiritual forces of evil. Unbelievers are being used by these evil forces as pawns. We must share the good news of Jesus with them so that they may be set free from these forces.

Note2. Philippians 1:6; why would God start perfecting you, only to stop before you are completed?

Note3. Philippians 2:3; how often do you count others as more significant than yourself?

Day 347: Philippians 3-4; Colossians 1

Q1. Philippians 4:12-13; what is the secret to facing any circumstance in life, good or bad?

A1. You can handle anything if you trust in the Lord!

Day 348: Colossians 2-4; 1 Thessalonians 1:1-2:12

Note1. 1 Thessalonians 2:2; Paul had suffered a lot of discouragement in Phillipi (Acts 16:19-39), but he didn’t let that dissuade him from continuing his ministry for Jesus.

Day 349: 1 Thessalonians 2:13-5:28; 2 Thessalonians.

Note1. 1 Thessalonians 4:1; it’s tempting to coast from time to time in our faith. Sometimes we sense that the Lord is pleased with us and decide to take an unneeded rest. Paul is telling the Thessalonians to keep striving for better and better service to our God.

Q1. 2 Thessalonians 3:6-12; what is Paul’s warning against in this passage?

A1. Paul is warning against idleness.

Day 350: 1 Timothy 1-5
